How long does a custom pallet order take?
Custom manufacturing typically runs 3–7 business days depending on complexity and quantity. Stock sizes ship in 24–48 hours, and rush orders can be accommodated with advance notice — we've turned around full container loads overnight more than once.
What exactly is ISPM-15 compliance, and do I need it?
ISPM-15 is the international standard for wood packaging material. Any solid wood going overseas must be heat-treated to 56°C for 30 minutes and officially marked, or customs in the destination country can reject or destroy the shipment. Our heat-treated pallets and crates arrive stamped, documented and ready.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We handle everything from a few dozen pallets for a local shop to bulk contracts for industrial operations. Pricing simply gets better as volume does, and the 10% payback applies to all of it.
How does the 10% Payback Program work?
Ten percent of every invoice is credited back to your account within 24 hours of delivery. Redeem it as cash off your next order or as free pallets on the following truck. Separately, our buy-back program pays cash or credit for used pallets you return to us.
Do you repair or collect pallets on site?
Yes. Our mobile crew comes to your facility for emergency pallet repair, on-site crating, packing for immediate export and empty-pallet pickup — including 24/7 response for urgent shipments anywhere in the Lower Mainland.
Can recycled pallets handle racked loads?
Grade A recycled pallets are inspected, repaired with new boards and fasteners, and rated for standard racking. For high-duty or automated systems we'll spec new lumber. Every delivery ships with a grade sheet so you know what you're putting on the rack.
